LOVE your FOOD!



Eating foods that you like or even LOVE is so important to sticking with healthy lifestyle. You probably can already tell from my previous posts that I do not eat salads every night (or almost ever) I love food, and I need to eat what I love to be successful in this! Luckily I have found that it is pretty easy to eat TONS of food that is yummy and healthy, and not a salad or grilled chicken every night.
