Italian Chicken Kabobs



Love this meal. My mom always made this chicken growing up - and its a favorite! 
And easy!! Just chopped up one larger chicken breast in to chunks (served two people!) and dumped a bunch of fat free (or reduced fat or reg) Italian dressing on top. Then we went for a 5.5 mile walk while it marinated in the fridge. Then I popped them onto skewers and grilled them. 

Served along side some grilled shaved Brussels sprouts, and some tiny Rosemary potatoes. YUM!!!
