Grilled Sausage and Tomato Pizza

We defrosted an organic four cheese frozen pizza from Trader Joe's, and then added some sweet Italian chicken sausage and sliced tomatoes and threw it on the grill (on top of some foil!). It was cooking so nicely, until I decided that it needed a few more minutes to get more crispy, and the bottom burned. BOO! 

Oh well -- Next Monday we will try again :)
