Well, my vegan brother would be proud. We got these today and tried them out for desert; Trader Joe's Soy Creamy Mini Chocolate sandwiches.
Not to shabby, but not quite as good as the real thing.
...Perhaps I will stick with skinny cow ice cream sandwiches ;)
